Every detail counts. Our coffee is no different. Brewed from the coffee beans of renowned La Colombe, every sip of coffee from our cafe, is simply put…perfection. Take a seat, and you’ll find a carefully crafted coffee that does more than just fuel your day. Whether you're lost in the world of vintage guitars or admiring the sleek lines of our cars, your coffee is always in good hands. Our baristas are here to craft your drink to perfection, whether you’re savoring a bold espresso or unwinding with a rich cappuccino . A Curated Experience At the heart of our Cafe, is our state of the art Kees Van Der Westen Spirit espresso machine. Imported from the Netherlands, the Spirit sports our own custom built pre-infusion chambers with added levers that replicate the look of an early ‘60s Jaguar E-Type. The Spirit is dialed in twice a day, measuring dry grounds, time of extraction and wet weight so our customers receive the perfect blend. The Cafe at Walt Grace Vintage also has its own proprietary water filtration system which cleans and remineralizes the water we use for our coffee machines. This filtration machine gives our coffee its distinct taste and is designed to bring out the flavors of every cup we brew.
