What is in an IVG Pro refill One refill is two parts that click together: A 2ml pod with the mesh coil built into it A 10ml refill container that feeds the pod as you vape That is 12ml of e-liquid in total , rated at roughly 10,000 puffs. Because the coil is inside the pod rather than the device, every refill is effectively a fresh coil — you never clean or replace one separately, and the flavour does not degrade the way it does on a refillable tank you keep topping up. Choosing a strength IVG Pro refills come in two nicotine strengths, and the pods are otherwise identical. 20mg — the standard choice, and where the full flavour range sits. Most people moving across from cigarettes land here. 10mg — for lighter smokers, anyone who finds 20mg harsh in the throat, and anyone deliberately stepping their nicotine down.
