Hello, my name is Angela, 42 years old italian, living in Berkshire ☺️ My journey to health and wellness, started few months ago, when I switched my diet to a low carb, sugar free lifestyle! Not only I have lost some weight, my anxiety and panick attacks have been more manageable, I sleep better, my gut health has improved and I generally feel better in myself. I am a big foodie though, and always in the look out for healthier alternative to my favourite foods! I also enjoy recreating nutritional low carb, sugar free recipes, without missing out on taste.
