An amazingly beautiful variation of rhinestones that offer a brilliant neon appearance. These neon rhinestones stand out among the normally shiny and shimmering rhinestones. These stones are flat back, not hot fix. These stones are great for a bright effect on a surface when used. These stones are traditionally adhered to a surface using B-7000 or other adhesives designed for use with gems and jewelry making. These are sold in approximately 10 gross quantities (1440) stones, but dispensed by weight rather than count.
