Hardness test blocks give your tester a certified, traceable reference to verify accuracy and stay within tolerance. WESTport supplies blocks for every major hardness scale — Brinell, Rockwell, Rockwell superficial and microhardness — each individually calibrated in our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Brinell test blocks across the full load range, 250 kg through 3000 kg. Rockwell standard test blocks covering the A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and K scales. Rockwell superficial test blocks for the 15N, 30N, 45N, 15T, 30T and 45T scales. Microhardness test blocks in Vickers and Knoop, mirror polished and precision mounted. Rockwell master calibration sets pairing matched blocks with the indenter or penetrator used to certify them. Every block is individually tested and ships with a certificate traceable to NIST. Test surfaces are hand lapped and diamond polished to a mirror finish, and recertification is available to keep your hardness testing system in control.
