Trees for Wet Locations

Most mast trees don't like wet feet so if all you have is low lying ground your options may be more limited than normal. Don't worry though, we still have some great options for wet areas! Nutall oaks are our #1 pick for wet areas, however live oaks have good water tolerance as well. Paw paws and persimmons both can do well near water and in shady moist areas but prefer not to stay wet for long periods of time.
