Greg and Janet Deering founded the Deering Banjo company in 1975 . Located in Spring Valley, California, they are the largest banjo manufacturer in the North America. Banjos are sold under the following names; Deering, Vega (one owned by Martin) , Tenbrooks, and Goodtime.
