Claus Riedel presented the world's first gourmet glass series, developed with the help of the Association of Italian Sommeliers in 1973. Claus's son Georg developed the Riedel Sommeliers series further into an all-embracing state-of-the-art wine glass collection. This extensive series is top-rated today and is the most successful hand-made glasses worldwide. The glasses are of the highest quality, each individually made.
