The Riesling white grape originates from the Rhine region in Germany, located near the French / German border. However, it’s now produced worldwide, most famously in Austria, France, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Riesling is a great drink of choice when pairing with white fish and pork and oriental food like Chinese and Thai. A typical Riesling glass has a small bowl in both width and height with a reasonably small capacity.
