About

Aguamiel Bacanora is a rare, traditionally made agave spirit from Sonora, Mexico — crafted in small family-owned palenques using wild Sonoran agave roasted in earthen pits. Rich and smoky with cooked agave sweetness and hints of earth and spice. Distinct from both tequila and mezcal, and a historic spirit now finding a modern audience. Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in Oaxacan-style Old Fashioneds.
