Akashi-Tai is a premium Japanese sake brand produced by the Akashi Sake Brewery in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture — the same city as the White Oak whisky distillery. Akashi-Tai produces a full range of traditional sake styles including Junmai Daiginjo, Honjozo, and Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu (plum sake), using rice grown in Hyogo and water from the region's exceptional natural sources.
