We are a family-run Smokery business based on the Isle of Anglesey. We traditionally kiln-smoke our products using oak and other hardwoods. We are passionate about the quality and taste of our Welsh smoked produce. We also raise our own animals on the farm, ensuring high-quality farm-to-fork meat products.
