The Hifair™ and Hieff Unicon™ qPCR & RT-qPCR Kit is a fluorescent quantitative qPCR & RT-qPCR reagent that uses the Yeasen's Taq DNA polymerase with enhanced activity and next-generation anti-taq antibody (double-block). The pre mixed reagent includes reaction buffer already containing Mg2+ and dNTP, and adding factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and improve the efficiency of multiple qPCR reactions, which can ensure primer efficiency while conducting up to four reactions. This product contains UDG enzyme, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol pollution. These products have shown great performance in Covid and Flu detection.
