Herbals Teas (Tisanes)

Our purpose in offering herbal infusions (also called "tisanes" in English and commonly simply "herbal teas") is to provide products that represent what Japanese drink, to support those farms in Japan that grow these products, and finally to expand what we think about when we think about Japanese tea. These offerings will include products that include camellia sinensis (tea), and those that are purely non-tea (mugicha, sobacha, mint tea, lemongrass, etc.). We are on the look out for Products blended with tea leaves will have less than 50% tea leaves here. In the flavored green tea and flavored tea (non-green teas) categories, more than 50% of the product will be tea leaves.
