Imperial Ceremonial Grade Matcha

Matcha that has been graded A1 - Imperial Ceremonial Grade - according to our grading system, and intended for enjoyment as koicha. Using a ratio of 4g / 30-40ml of water, it turns the matcha into a thick syrup of umami flavor. The bitterness level needs to virtually non-existent to qualify. We also recommend a ratio of 4g/50ml of water if using with 100 ml of milk for an extra rich, luxurious matcha latte (yes, blasphemy, but you can taste the real l high quality flavor). For an extra rich latte, 6g/75ml of water and 75 ml of milk.
