About

A Noble Heritage of Distinction Formally known as Château Pichon Longueville Baron , Château Pichon Baron is one of the most imposing and revered estates in the Médoc. Cabernet Franc (~3%) & Petit Verdot (~2%): Used selectively to enhance floral nuance, fresh acidity, and exotic spice accents. In the gravity-fed vat room, plot-by-plot fermentations occur in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Grand Vin matures for 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels (typically 70% to 80% new), developing profound structural complexity and integration.
