About
The Absolute Benchmark of Prestige Champagne Named after the legendary 17th-century Benedictine monk who pioneered foundational winemaking techniques in Hautvillers, Dom Pérignon is the undisputed global icon of prestige Champagne. Operating under the philosophy that every release must be an absolute vintage—crafted exclusively from the finest grapes harvested in a single exceptional year—Dom Pérignon refuses to produce a vintage if the growing conditions fall below its exacting standards. Under the guidance of Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon, Dom Pérignon blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from premier Grand Cru and historic Premier Cru sites. Aged on its lees for a minimum of eight years before release, each bottle offers incredible tension, smoky minerality, and silky complexity. The Core Portfolio & Plénitude Milestones Dom Pérignon Vintage (Brut): The flagship expression. Harmonizing power and weightlessness, it delivers aromas of white flowers, toasted brioche, candied citrus, and a signature gunflint minerality. Dom Pérignon Rosé: A bold, ultra-limited cuvée centered around ripe Pinot Noir. Showcases dark wild berries, blood orange, cocoa, and subtle exotic spices. Plénitude 2 (P2): After nearly 15 years of maturation on lees, the champagne reaches its second life stage ( Plénitude ). Displays heightened intensity, vibrant energy, and extended cellaring structure. Plénitude 3 (P3): Aged for over 25 to 30 years in dark chalk cellars, representing the absolute peak of complexity, depth, and rarest collector prestige. Epicurean Food Pairings Luxury Seafood: Ossetra caviar on blinis, butter-poached lobster, fresh oysters, and seared sea scallops. Savory & Earthy Delicacies: Roasted duck breast, white truffle risotto, and dry-aged Jamón Ibérico. Artisanal Cheeses: Aged Comté, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and creamy Chaource.
