ULTRA SUPER-LUMINOSITY AGT™ Glow Sand features a very high luminosity and long glow duration. We offer two types of glow sand, Fine Sand & Resin Coarse Sand. Either Glow Sand can be used integrally in light colored concrete, overlays, and GFRC spray mixes. AGT™ Coarse Glow Sand is not encapsulated and should not be used in high H2O environments or mixes. AGT™ Resin Coarse Glow Sand features the same glow performance as our ULTRA Grade glow stones with the flexibility of being applied on to existing concrete surfaces by way of a clear topical sealer. The resin glow sand is sealed on to the surface of the clear coat and then a second coat of sealer locks the material in. The application of resin glow sand in this manner creates a functional, anti-slip glow surface that resists abrasion and creates yet another later of surface safety. Particle Size: 0.5mm - 1.5mm. Glow Colors: Aqua Blue, Emerald Yellow, and Sky Blue. Glow lasts for 12+ hours after 8 minutes of UV (sunlight or UV light) charge. AGT™ Fine Glow Sand is perfect for detailed work such as outlining borders or logos. It’s also excellent for applications in light colored concrete, stuccos or grouts, GFRC spray mixes, clear epoxies, solvent-based high-build concrete sealers and metallic coatings. Encapsulated particles - designed for use in water-based applications. Particle Size: 250 & 350 mesh. Glow Colors: Aqua Blue, Emerald Yellow, and Sky Blue. Glowing lasts for 12+ hours after 8 minutes of UV (sunlight or UV light) charge. *Should not be used in concentrated, water-based applications like aquariums.
