Barnes 4WD line of rod ends and hardware includes: Enduro Joints that are expertly engineered using heat and cryogenic treatment. Our fabrication process makes these joints rebuildable, greaseable, and unusually durable. Heat Treated Chromoly Heim Joints are stronger and longer lasting than non-treated heims. Our heim joint rod ends are available in a variety of sizes: 3/8”, 5/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 7/8”, and 1 1/4”. Threaded Tube Inserts create ultimate strength by better containing the shank of the heim or enduro joint. Barnes’ tube inserts are also available in left- and right-hand threading. High Misalignment Spacers are specially designed to give you greater misalignment than a rod end can do alone. Jam Nuts secure the orientation of your joints. Barnes stocks six different sizes, 3/8”, 5/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 7/8”, and 1 1/4”, so you can get the perfect fit. Misalignment Spacers keep your suspension from binding and enhance range of motion.
