Third Wave Water pioneered the water brewing minerals space! First starting in 2016 they first commercially launched mineralising water to brew coffee with. Their range consists of multiple mineral profiles designed to be used on different roast types of coffee, this includes: Classic light roast, medium roast, dark roast, espresso roast profile and even a cold brew profile.
