The auxiliary battery decides how long you can stay out. Lithium LiFePO4 from 100Ah to 300Ah, AGM and gel deep cycle, and the boxes, trays and leads that turn a bare battery into an install. Brands here include AllSpark, Delkor, Full River and Renogy. Usable capacity is the number that matters, not nominal. A 100Ah AGM gives roughly 50Ah before you start shortening its life; a 100Ah lithium gives 80 to 100Ah and takes a charge far faster, which is why it costs more per amp-hour and less per usable one.
