An iridized finish is a metallic coating applied to the glass while it is still hot, giving an oil-slick shimmer in reflected light while the base color still shows when backlit. We stock iridescent cathedral, opal, and textured sheets across the color range. The coating sits on one face only, so decide which side is showing before you cut.
