MAME COFFEE was born in 2016 and named after ‘beans’ in Japanese – as the reference to the Japanese culture means dedication towards specialty coffee and fascination within. The founders Emi and Mathieu met over coffee championships and wanted to create a community that can enjoy specialty coffee at its best. The coffee championships have been the start and the continuous journey at MAME to keep learning, it’s an amazing way to go beyond the limit, to gain knowledge and friendships. They aim to inspire the best baristas and brewers!
