網上購買所用的PIN碼僅限用一次，且只限參觀當天有效，請於付款前確定已選產品及數量。完成付款後，PIN碼便會作廢，不能再次登入購物。 完成付款後，請於參觀當天晚上9:30前，憑訂單電郵前往K11 Musea 6樓取貨區領取貨品（預購貨品除外，有關取貨詳情稍候通知）。如逾期領取，仍可於展覽期間之開放時間取貨；如展期結束後仍未取貨，則將被視為放棄。恕不退款或另行通知。 請注意，網上訂單不適用於登記K Dollars積分。 The PIN code for online purchase is for one-time use and only valid on the day of visit. Please check your cart items and quantities before payment. Upon payment. the PIN code will become invalid and cannot be used again. Upon successful payment, ticket-holders need to collect the items (except pre-order items which will be announced later) with the order confirmation email on 6/F, K11 Musea before 9:30pm on the visit day. If items are not collected on the day of visit, pick-up is still possible throughout the exhibition period. However, any unpicked items after the exhibition will be deemed forfeited. No refund and notification will be made. Please note that online orders are not eligible to earn K Dollars.
