Cutting Pads Cutting pads are the first stage of a correction, aggressive foam, microfibre or wool built to remove heavy swirls, scratches and oxidation. They cut faster and rougher than a polishing pad on purpose, so the compound underneath can actually do its job. We stock cutting pads from Buff and Shine, Lake Country, Maxshine, Koch Chemie, Meguiar's, DIY Detail, and 3D. Guide Buff and Shine Pads Uro-Tec Coarse Blue and Maroon are the two cutting grades. Guide Lake Country Pads Yellow CCS is the heaviest cutter, Blue is the everyday cut. Guide Maxshine Pads Green cuts hardest, Blue is the general purpose cutter.
