Masons Gin is produced by Karl and Cathy Mason who when they first started, had no knowledge of the industry or the production of Gin, but had a goal of creating a Gin which stood out of the crowd and had a unique taste and flavour profile. This set them up to bring their first gin out in 2013! The Masons Gin is made the same way since it started, in 200 litre Copper Alembic Stills which are named 'Leftie' and 'Steve' and the Gin is made in a traditional slow distillation method!
