Also Eric Javits’ raffia doesn’t,”melt” when wet, splinter or split over time because it doesn’t get dried out, like most natural fiber straw materials. Raffia materials, underscored by function, continue to evolve each season. We are proud to introduce new intricate weaves and artisanal textures into the mix.
