Producing some of GUSTATORY's favourite coffee, this region of Central America lays claim to some of the most desirable coffee beans in the world. Full of subtlety, El Salvador's coffee is famed for its bourbon varieties that are both sweet and well balanced. Across the border in Honduras, coffee is usually complex with a certain liveliness and juiciness to them, a note shared by Nicaraguan coffee, which differs slightly due to a certain cleanliness and pleasant acidity.
