For people with no bladder and/or bowel control we generally recommend the high absorbency nappy-style products. These items also are the best choice for bed-ridden people as the area covered by the absorbency pad is the largest in the range. For people with no control but upright during the day (e.g. in a wheelchair, or ambulant) then the pull-up products may be a personal preference for day-time use.
