Paper Moon Lamps The Paper Moon lamps are designed by Shigeru Uchida and handmade in Gifu, Japan – a region known for its traditional paper lantern craftsmanship. Each lamp is made from delicate Mino washi paper stretched over a fine bamboo frame, creating soft sculptural shapes. When lit, the paper gently diffuses the light, producing a warm and atmospheric glow. Combining traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary design, the Paper Moon lamps are both functional lighting and timeless objects.
