We freshly grind our ground beef protein onsite from premium cuts of brisket, short ribs or tenderloin, ensuring you get the best flavor and texture in every bite. It's one of the most cost effective ways to enjoy the mouth-watering flavors of our premium beef. For recipes that need to be browned, such as burgers, or where you want to remove any drippings, use higher fat ground beef with a meat to fat ratio of 80/20. Fattier ground beef adds a richness to chili, tacos, ziti or spaghetti sauce. If your recipe requires a more consistent texture such as kabobs, meatloaf or meatballs, it's best to use a lean ground beef with a 90/10 protein to fat ratio.
