Each and every morning, our chefs prepare a range of pies, sausage rolls, pithiviers and Bastillas that are full of comfort and flavour - ideal for the cool days ahead. Fillings are braised, sauces are simmered all and the all-butter pastry is crimped, rolled and glazed by hand.
