MRCOOL Line Set Coupler The MRCOOL line set coupler is designed to connect two line sets together. This part is especially useful for mini split installations where the length of one line set is not enough to cover the distance between an indoor air handler and outdoor condenser . With a standard coupler, you can connect two 16 foot line sets together, two 25 foot line sets together, or a 16 foot line set with a 25 foot line set. When the combined line set length exceeds the length of the communication wire included with your unit, you will want to opt for a coupler kit. These coupler kits include one or more couplers, and a longer communication wire, so you can connect your system properly.
