It comes as no surprise that ale is favored by a vast majority of small brewers. It requires a minimum of aging, is easy to brew, and tastes great. Ale ferments best between 60 and 72° F, and therefore requires no special refrigeration or cooling. Our kits include all of the ingredients required, but don't forget other essentials like bottle caps and cleansers!
