Omnitub Wastes — Chrome, PVD & 316 Stainless Steel Every Omnitub bath needs a waste. We supply ours specifically engineered for the Omnigel material and the deep-soaking format — not generic bathroom-shop fittings that compromise on quality. Finishes Chrome — the practical benchmark. Mirror-smooth, non-porous, wipes back to perfect with any descaler. Best for hard-water areas. PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) — for coloured finishes (brushed brass, bronze, gunmetal, black). Harder than the base metal, chemically stable, far more durable than traditional coatings. 316 Stainless Steel — tough and corrosion-resistant. Brushed grain hides watermarks better than chrome. What we don't sell Lacquered brass and matt black non-PVD coatings. Both look great on day one, but limescale and acidic descalers degrade them over time — especially in hard-water areas.
