Scale: 1:87 / 3.5 mm to 1 foot Model gauge: 16.5 mm (0.65 in) Our HO Standard Gauge models adhere to the global standard of HO Gauge which is 16.5mm. Indian broad gauge comes to 19.25mm when converted from the actual dimensions, however, since there are no readily available tracks in that gauge, our HO Standard Gauge models can be used on any HO layout - for collectors who prefer to stick to a global standard, this provides an excellent opportunity to collect Indian Railways items and use them without having to change any infrastructure. Our HO standard gauge running models (motorized locos, free rolling 'dummy' locos, and rolling stock) all adhere to NEM/NMRA standards and can be used for most RTR/trainset points/switches. We also provide Kadee 'scale-head' knuckle couplers for all our HO models and they can be used readily with any other Kadee coupler equipped locomotives and/or rolling stock.
