To give your plants the very best start, you need a light that is specifically made to grow in the vegetative stage of plant growth. Full Spectrum lights often has a great flower spectrum and decent veg spectrum, meaning they will do great in flower but may cause stretch or less desirable growth in seed / veg. Thus, to get the very best start from Seed you may want to consider a dedicated seed and vegetative stage light that will help you grow the best plants available. These lights are highly recommended for Micro Greens and other plants where flower is not key. Clones and mothers as well will do very well with especially the Bspec (Blue spectrum) lamps we have on offer from HLG.
