Dormant daylilies require an annual rest (dormancy), in which vegetative growth stops and all leaves are lost. Because dormancy is triggered by the colder temperatures of fall and winter, dormant daylilies generally do best in USDA hardiness zones 8 and below. Please note that daylilies are shipped separately from iris. If your order contains both daylilies and iris, you will receive separate multiple shipments from us at different times.
