Preciosa Ornela Bugle Beads are cut from long rods of glass. Unlike Rocaille Seed Beads which are rounded after cutting, bugle beads are simply fine tumbled to smooth off any sharp edges, then heat polished. Preciosa Ornela Bugles can be round or square, straight or twisted. Bugle lengths range between 1.6mm up to to 35mm, the longer bugle beads are typically sold by weight with some unavoidable breakages factored into bead per gram expectations.
