The perfect location for Luke to refine his skill as a shaper , laminator, and of course, a surfer. Luke entered the surfing world and became familiar with the nickname "Dozza", studied shaping under his father Gary, a shaper for over 40 years. At 17 years old Luke started making his own boards and then for his mates and so on , establishing "LUKE DORRINGTON CREATION" independently at the age of 25. A passion for the art of surfboard manufacturing is in his blood . Luke's unique style and skills are evolving daily and are recognized worldwide, with world-renowned professional surfers Mick Fanning, Taj Burrow, Dean Morrison, local kids and everyday surfers enjoying surfing on LD CREATION surfcraft .
