This means literally - any price that is entered in the compare at price field will default to this collection, even if it's the same price as the base price. This request was done per Alec. Will swap over in place of current sale collection once finalized. updating old items to remove compare price when it is not on sale - these products acquired compare at pricing during transfer from old site.
