A small, family-run business with over 100 years’ experience, Acetomodena use Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes from their own vineyard deep in the Modena countryside. This allows them to control the quality of their balsamic vinegar from the ground up – in a very real sense. We have chosen from their range those we think are stunning examples of quality and creativity.
