If you enjoy the flavor of larger beef cuts slowly cooked on the grill or in the oven, this is the collection for you. All cattle at White Oak Pastures are grass-fed and grass-finished . Processed in our on-farm, USDA-inspected, zero-waste processing abattoir, our beef never leaves our possession until it's en route to our customers. All of our steaks, roasts, organs, and bones are hand-butchered the old-fashioned way: by a man with a knife. Our cattle are Certified Grassfed by the American Grassfed Association and a ll of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, added growth hormones, and mRNA.
