Putting a Southwest Georgia twist on a long-lived Spanish tradition, these Iberian hogs are nothing like what you have tasted in the past. This breed is unique in its genetic ability to produce oleic acid-rich, exceptionally marbled meat. Our Iberico hogs are Certified Non-GMO and Certified by the American Grassfed Association. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids and added growth hormones.
