Founded by Nathan Daniel in 1947 in Red Bank, New Jersey. They were bought by the Music Corporation of America in 1966, but closed in 1969. It is now owned by Evets Corporation located in Camarillo, California. They design and import electric and resonator guitars, bases, electric sitars, amps, pickups, and effects units.
