Aberfeldy is a Highland single malt Scotch distillery established in 1898 in Aberfeldy, Perthshire. The distillery draws water from the Pitilie Burn — a stream running through ground rich with alluvial gold deposits — earning Aberfeldy its reputation as the "Golden Dram" and giving its whisky a distinctive honeyed sweetness. Owned by Bacardi and managed by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. The 12 Year Old is the most widely available expression: heather honey, full body, rounded spice and orange finish. The 21 Year Old builds deeper complexity with toasted malt, fruit cake, and creamy vanilla. The Exceptional Cask Series — including the 24 Year Sherry Butt and 25 Year Anniversary — represents Macleod's most ambitious limited releases.
