Master alloys are the metal you combine with fine gold or fine silver to reach a working karat or .925 sterling. None of them contains gold. Otto Frei stocks yellow, white, and pink rose alloys for investment casting and for fabrication, several formulated for stone in place work, plus copper and brass casting grain and a manganese bronze casting alloy. Most are sold by the troy ounce, 20 pennyweights.
