Amy's Caramel Apples are ALL natural. We use only plump and tart granny smith apples with every batch of caramel we produce. Our caramel is artisan made by our gourmet chocolatiers in our old world copper kettles which cooks our caramel at a slow consistency to provide our gourmet buttery flavor no one can match.
