2005年，吴雪（黎明船长）与钟玲（香香老师）建立中华塔罗会馆论坛，自2006年在阿里巴巴旗下的淘宝开设中华塔罗会馆线上店铺后，与美国游戏公司（U.S. Games Systems, Inc.）、意大利圣甲虫公司（Lo Scarabeo s.r.l.）和美国卢埃林公司（Llewellyn Worldwide, Ltd.）达成了合作，在此基础上于2015年创办成都阿卡纳文化传播有限公司，开始专注于塔罗牌和其他功能性卡牌的研发与文创，逐渐成为东西方神秘主义哲学文化的传播者和整合者。2019年阿卡纳文化正式引进澳大利亚蓝色天使公司（Blue Angel Publishing）的神谕卡等产品。
